Now you're running more threads at once without the quality dropping. Same 2-hour floor, but a lot more chats wrapped by the end of a shift.
Veteran
The harder conversations and the busiest hours land on your plate here. Sessions tend to run longer, and the reply quality doesn't slip under pressure.
Legend
The top of the ladder — heavy volume, sharp quality, and covering the rush-hour slots most people dodge. Only about 10 texters in 100 get here, and their earnings set the range's ceiling.
