Submitting the form hands over your name, a single way to reach you — WhatsApp, email, or Telegram, your pick — the role you're going for, and your own read on how strong your written English is. There's a bonus field asking where you first heard of us — leave it blank if you'd rather not say.

A submission also drags along a batch of technical fingerprints browsers add without asking: the requesting IP, a rough guess at which nation it's coming from, a device-and-browser signature, your screen dimensions, whichever time zone your device is set to, the page you clicked through from, and ad-campaign tags when a paid link brought you here. That IP address mainly helps catch one person hammering the form over and over inside a short window; nothing here gets recycled into targeted ads. The whole point is weeding out junk submissions and tracing which channel genuine applicants used.
Where it's stored
Every application lands in a Cloudflare D1 table, hosted directly inside Cloudflare's network rather than on any outside server. Only the handful of people who run hiring at F5Chat have access to it, and none of that data ever gets pulled into a spreadsheet, CRM, or anywhere else.
Beyond that circle
As soon as it's submitted, a duplicate of those fields shows up inside a locked-down Telegram group our recruiters keep an eye on, so a real human sees it quickly. That relay rides on Telegram's own network and plays by Telegram's rules, not ours. Beyond that recruiting loop, nobody touches an application — not ad networks, not data brokers, not some unrelated company down the line.
Cookies never enter the picture
Not a single tracking cookie gets planted here, and no analytics script quietly runs behind the scenes. The technical fingerprints mentioned above get read exactly once, straight off the request, the second you hit send — your browser walks away holding nothing that could recognize you on a return visit.
Deletion, on request
Records get cleared out on a rolling basis once a hiring decision — or, for people who join us, an active work relationship — stops being relevant. Want yours gone sooner? Send a short note through that same application form asking for deletion, name the same contact you used the first time round, and it comes down.
